We had a great time in Port Douglas and enjoyed the house 12OTB. We had chosen it for the beachfront location hoping for sea breezes and were not disappointed. It was just right for our family of 7, with plenty of open space both inside and out and we made good use of the pool. When we reported a faulty sliding door lock, it was fixed immediately which was great. We enjoyed a visit from 2 green tree frogs in the upstairs northern bathroom and our 12 and 14 year olds enjoyed relocating them (or maybe the same one revisiting)! To say we enjoyed the spotted curlew would be an exaggeration but we were interested to sight them around Port Douglas where they are well known. Our dealings with Port Douglas Accommodation were friendly and helpful.
