Take some time out on the leather lounges to watch a little Netflix or open the bi-fold doors to an expansive deck for a day relaxing and entertaining by the pool. A spacious kitchen with Smeg appliances, walk-in pantry and bi-fold servery will inspire your inner Chef.

The spacious master bedroom with King bed has French doors opening onto the pool area, a walk-in robe, television and luxury en-suite with double shower and vanity and a free-standing bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, television, walk in robe and private en-suite. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, a walk-in robe and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with bedroom 4 which includes 2 single beds and a walk-in robe.

The indoor-outdoor living areas look out to the large, central swimming pool with BBQ, outdoor TV, spa and shallow pool entry ramp - perfect for kids. A porta-cot and high chair is also available.

Kokomo is in a quiet residential estate and is restricted by local by-laws that limit the number of guests in this house to 6 unless all guests are related. We ask guests at Kokomo to respect their neighbours right to peace and quiet.
