  • Wonderful Place For A Holiday.

Wonderful place for a holiday. Walk to town centre. We certainly made use of the swimming pool and tennis Courts. Highly recommend.

  • Kids Loved The Pool

Very well appointed two bedroom apartment that was an easy walk downhill to the main street in Port Douglas. The photos of the pool in the complex do not do it justice but our kids loved the beach entry and jumping off the edge of the lagoon into the deeper water. Great and prompt communication from Chris and his team answering all my questions prior to our arrival.

  • Great Apartment

A great apartment for a family of four. Plenty of room, pool and tennis court were used everyday, excellent location, can walk everywhere if you wanted! Was everything we wanted for a week in Port Douglas. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

  • Wonderful Service

5/3 Murphy Street is a fabulous apartment with wonderful service. The view was better than we expected and gave lovely vistas across to the distant mountains. Given it is only walking distance from the marina it was possible to see sailing boat masts passing behind the palm trees on their way in or out of the river mouth. The pool is lovely and refreshing. Private steps down from the balcony lead directly to the pool which is lovely. The pool is in the sun in the morning but fully shaded in the afternoon (in Oct) which gives welcome relief from the heat of the day. They have nice quality sun loungers and umbrellas. The tennis court looks good but we didn’t use, there are racquets in the box on the apartment balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you should need and we found sleeping with the fan was cooling enough but we did use the AC during the hotter parts of the day. we always turn off the AC when leaving the apt (save the electricity people!) and found it cooled down really quickly when we turned it on when we returned. The walk to town is quick but can be steep. We would take the street where the CBA bank is as it was the least steep! Chris went beyond the call when one of the knives broke..he delivered two brand new cooks knives and even loaned us his personal fish filleting knife! We can highly recommend the apartment, the Sunday market, full day fishing with Dragon Lady, dinner at Nautilus, cooking classes with Oaks Kitchen & Garden, brekky at Little Larder, lunch and beer at Hemingway’s Brewery, massage at Samadhi, day trip to Mount Uncle gin distillery & stops at Mt Molloy pub and Highlander in Julatten, thin crust pizza at Rattle n Hum! Enjoy!
